AW8 Cafe & Eatery Management System is an operational management platform developed to adapt the cafe's entire service and business processes into a single integrated system. The system covers cashier operations, shift management, order management, inventory, attendance, monitoring, and reporting.
Cafe operations involve multiple interconnected processes, requiring transactions to be integrated with shifts, inventory, and reporting. The system needed a customer-name based service flow, consistent cash calculations, and transaction changes that preserve inventory and financial consistency.
The system was built by integrating the cafe's entire operational workflow into a single platform. The POS is connected to shift management so each transaction affects the active cash calculation. Order management uses customer names and queue statuses. Inventory uses a stock movement ledger. Attendance combines GPS and selfie verification. Roles restrict access, while activity logs provide an audit trail.
