E-Laper Dinas is a business trip reporting system built for the PDSI KHIT division of Badan Karantina Indonesia. It digitizes assignment creation, report submission, and a multi-tier review process involving section heads and final verifiers.
A single account could hold overlapping roles (e.g. a Ketua Tim also assigned as Pegawai), while edit rules stayed strict: only the owner, and only while Draft or Rejected.
Implemented Laravel with middleware-based roles plus a report status state machine (Draft → Submitted → Rejected/Approved). React + Tailwind frontend with per-role dashboards.
- Role-based access control for Admin, Pegawai, Ketua Tim, and PPK/Verifikator
- Assignment creation and participant management
